Due to Covid-19, JCILC is following the guidelines listed below to prepare for our church building to reopen. As we prepare to meet in person, we will follow proper social distancing rules (recommended by the California State Health Officer) by remaining six feet apart in household cohorts and wearing our masks. These mandatory guidelines serve as a courtesy to others who may be immune suppressed. We want all members to be able to fellowship with us in a safe environment. Our date for reopening will be Sunday, November 14, 2021 at 11:30AM PST.
If you desire to attend in-person service, please arrive 15 mins early to allow time for our health check-in measures and ensure a decent and orderly service for both our in-person and online members. Late attendees will follow the instructions of the ushers to ensure service for our virtual and in-person members will not be disturbed.
If you have/had a fever or experienced/are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, please stay home and contact your physician or medical facility for advice. We will take the temperature of each person at the door and request that you properly wear a mask at ALL times during service.
You will not be allowed to join us physically if you have/had a fever, a cold, flu-like symptoms or if you refuse to wear a mask and adhere to our protocols. Nevertheless, you will have the option to watch us online via Zoom. During this transition, we will continue to meet virtually via Zoom. Please feel fee to join us virtually if you are unable to join us physically.
We know the importance of obedience, and we thank God for his faithfulness over the years, but out of the spirit of love and obedience/compliance of our father, we pray God's hand continues to hold us, keep us and protect us. He is our chief safety officer.
